YOUR SCHEDULE AS A FIELD PROPERTY CLAIMS ADJUSTER

• M‑F, 8:00 am ‑ 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm.

YOUR DAY AS A FIELD PROPERTY CLAIMS ADJUSTER

You map the day before sunrise, confirm appointments, and arrive early with a prepared scope. On site, you shoulder the ladder, scale steep pitches, and capture every detail-photos, measurements, and notes-so you can "tell the story of the damage" with clarity that moves adjusters to agreement. You log everything in AccuLynx, loop in your Project Manager promptly, and keep a sharp eye on throughput-initial inspections, reinspections, buy rates, and on‑time schedules-so your pipeline stays clean and productive. You leave each job knowing you represented Legacy with professionalism and helped a homeowner move one step closer to restoration.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Reliable transportation capable of hauling a ladder
• Ability to set up and climb ladders, inspect steep and multi-story roofs, and safely navigate exterior environments
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable climbing steep roofs (12' pitch and higher)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AccuLynx and prior experience with exterior restorations or insurance claim inspections
