Field Property Claims Adjuster -Northeast Wisconsin

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be local to Northeast Wisconsin and will possess 3-5 years of experience in field adjusting property claims and Xactimate utilization. Strong attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Duties

• Make initial contact with the claimant to schedule the inspection.
• Perform thorough inspection, utilizing all technology and tools needed to do so thoroughly and safely.
• Compile a photo report with captions.
• Read and understand coverage documents.
• Negotiate with contractors, as needed, to come to estimate agreements.
• Provide a written report with supporting documents to the administrative team for proofing, which will include estimates and a payment recommendation, based on the policy information.
• Utilize FileTrac to maintain organized claim files and documentation.
• Perform any supplemental inspections or work requested by the client.
• Utilize effective time-management skills to meet all assignment deadlines.
• Embrace effective organizational skills to manage multiple claims at a time.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the client, their insured, and any contractors or other parties involved in the claim.
• Represent Associated Claim Service, Inc., per our Mission Statement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field property claims and Xactimate usage
• Experience reading and interpreting policy
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in the Xactimate estimating platform and Microsoft Office Suites

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
