Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for on-ground positions across Diagnostic Centers, Collection Centers, and corporate offices as required.
- Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, field visits, referrals, local institutes, and social media.
- Conduct walk-in drives, local hiring campaigns, and field recruitment activities.
- Coordinate closely with Centre Managers and Regional HR teams to understand manpower needs.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates as per role-specific requirements.
- Manage interview schedules, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports regularly.
- Build strong networks with paramedical colleges, training institutes, and placement consultants for consistent talent sourcing.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field or bulk hiring, preferably in Healthcare / Diagnostic / Hospital / Pharma industry.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
