Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for on-ground positions across Diagnostic Centers, Collection Centers, and corporate offices as required.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, field visits, referrals, local institutes, and social media.
  • Conduct walk-in drives, local hiring campaigns, and field recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate closely with Centre Managers and Regional HR teams to understand manpower needs.
  • Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates as per role-specific requirements.
  • Manage interview schedules, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports regularly.
  • Build strong networks with paramedical colleges, training institutes, and placement consultants for consistent talent sourcing.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field or bulk hiring, preferably in Healthcare / Diagnostic / Hospital / Pharma industry.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and networking skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field recruitment activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
