Designation: Relationship Manager (Fresher)

Salary: 10,000 + Incentive

Experience: 0 – 6 – months (Sales & marketing)

Location: Bhowanipore (Field-work)

2. Communication: Clear, confident, and polite verbal communication.

3. Relationship Building:

i) Building trust and rapport with clients.

ii) Following up regularly to maintain long-term relationships.

4. Presentation Skills :

a. Ability to give short, engaging presentations to individuals or small groups.

b. Using simple examples or real-life scenarios to explain policies.

5. Persuasion & Negotiation :

i) Convincing customers about the value of the product.

ii) Handling objections and turning doubts into opportunities.

Responsibilities:



Point of Sale associate (POSP) recruitment.



Provide agents with sales tools, marketing materials, and ongoing support to help them achieve their sales targets.



Ensure agents have a deep understanding of our insurance products and their benefits.



Monitor agent performance against established KPIs and provide regular feedback.



Ensure agents are adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.



Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to agents and clients.


