Field Repair Technician - Flat Rate Assignments 1099

We are growing our bench of reliable field repair technicians for short-duration service assignments in the Fort Worth area.

This role is ideal for experienced technicians who are comfortable completing clearly defined repair tasks independently and efficiently.

Assignments are typically under 90 minutes and are paid at a flat rate per work order.

Compensation:

• Flat-rate per completed assignment
• Urgent and after-hours assignments pay higher
• Emergency calls can average $75–$125+ per hour equivalent
• No estimating or bidding required

Typical Task Types:

• Drywall patch and finish
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Door, lock, and hardware repair
• Trim and light carpentry repairs
• General punch-list type tasks

Requirements:

• Experience performing independent repair work
• Ability to service the Fort Worth 76132 area reliably
• Own basic tools
• Reliable transportation
• Professional communication
