Field Researcher

Job description

• Conduct structured or semi-structured interviews with selected respondents in homes, public spaces, or assigned locations.
• Ensure that the collected data is complete, accurate, and follows established research protocols.
• Submit data, progress reports, and any observed issues to supervisors or the research team promptly.
• Travel to various interview locations, including door-to-door canvassing, community sites, and public venues.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions prefer college degrees in social sciences, statistics, anthropology, or related fields).
• Previous experience in interviewing, survey research, or customer engagement is beneficial.

Core Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data recording and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using digital devices and survey software for data collection.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Comfort with flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Commitment to research confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
