Field Sales Advisor (Car Rental Services)

About the Company

Our Car Rental Company in Muscat is expanding and seeking a high-performance Field Sales Advisor to drive vendor acquisition, corporate partnerships, and structured marketing growth.

This is a performance-driven role. We operate on measurable KPIs, documented communication, and full accountability.

If you are not comfortable working with structured reporting and target-based evaluation, this position may not be suitable for you.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Field Sales & Vendor Development

• Actively acquiring and signing new vendors and corporate rental partners
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with fleet suppliers and business clients
• Expanding vendor network strategically within the Muscat market
• Meeting defined monthly vendor acquisition targets
• Reporting progress and delays in writing before deadlines

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

• Managing and optimizing social media platforms
• Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Generating qualified leads through online channels
• Monitoring campaign performance and submitting structured performance reports
• Coordinating marketing materials and promotional strategies

Reporting & Accountability

• Submitting structured weekly written reports
• Providing documented proof of milestones (photos, email confirmations, signed agreements)
• Ensuring all assigned projects are completed within agreed deadlines
• Delivering written confirmation of completed tasks

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience in car rental, automotive sales, vendor management, or related field
• Proven vendor acquisition and corporate sales track record
• Strong knowledge of the Muscat market
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills
• High level of accountability and professional discipline
• Must currently be residing in Oman (Muscat preferred)
• Valid Oman driving license preferred

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

سيكون المرشح المختار مسؤولاً عن:

• ضمان تنفيذ المشاريع ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها
• تقديم تأكيد خطي عند اكتمال كل مشروع
• تقديم تقارير مكتوبة أسبوعية منظمة
• توفير إثباتات موثقة (صور، رسائل بريد إلكتروني، خطابات تأكيد) لكل مرحلة من مراحل المشروع
• استقطاب وتوقيع مورّدين جدد وشركات تأجير جديدة بشكل مستمر
• تطوير شبكة الشراكات وزيادة قاعدة العملاء
• إخطار الإدارة خطيًا بأي تأخير قبل انتهاء الموعد النهائي
• تقديم مؤشرات أداء قابلة للقياس (KPIs) لقياس التقدم والنمو

التحديثات الشفهية غير كافية , جميع الأعمال يجب أن تكون موثقة رسميًا.

تقارير مكتوبة ومنظمة
مؤشرات أداء قابلة للقياس
توثيق رسمي لجميع الأعمال
الالتزام الصارم بالمواعيد
المساءلة المهنية

عدم الالتزام بالتقارير أو المواعيد أو تنفيذ المهام قد يؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراءات تأديبية وفق قانون العمل العُماني.

الشروط الإلزامية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تأجير السيارات أو إدارة العمليات أو تطوير المورّدين
• سجل مثبت في استقطاب وتطوير الشراكات
• قدرة قوية على إدارة المشاريع وتنفيذها
• مهارات ممتازة في إعداد التقارير والتواصل الكتابي
• مستوى عالٍ من الانضباط المهني وتحمل المسؤولية
• يشترط الإقامة الحالية داخل سلطنة عُمان
• يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة عُمانية سارية

الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة في سوق مسقط.
