Field Sales Coordinator

Position Summary

The Coffee Ambassador supports the sales team by delivering samples, coordinating customer tastings, assisting in deal closures, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. This role acts as a bridge between customers, the technical team, and the warehouse to ensure excellent service and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Coffee Samples
• Ensure timely delivery of coffee samples to potential and existing customers.
• Present products professionally and answer basic inquiries from customers.
• Coordinate Tasting Sessions & Presentations
• Work closely with the technical team to arrange coffee tasting sessions for clients.
• Assist during presentations to ensure smooth setup and customer engagement.
• Support Sales Closures
• Accompany sales staff during customer meetings.
• Provide product explanations, tasting guidance, and support to help finalize deals.
• Deliver Small Orders
• Handle the delivery of small or urgent customer orders as assigned.
• Ensure accurate delivery documentation and customer confirmation.
• Payment Collection & Warehouse Updates
• Collect payments from customers for delivered items when required.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to update records for orders, returns, and collections.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, delivery, or sales support preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee products and brewing methods (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (if the role involves deliveries).
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Field Coordinator: 2 years (Required)
• Coffee Company Background: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
