Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, convincing ability, and hands-on experience in field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate and promote company products/services to clients.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area (Hyderabad).

Salary: As per company standards + Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹112,491.73 - ₹415,756.52 per year
