About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end vendor onboarding, ensuring smooth product and category listings, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support our marketplace operations.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the vendor onboarding process — from registration and documentation to system setup.
• Coordinate with vendors to gather required product and category data for accurate listings.
• Oversee category listing and product upload activities across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure all product information (pricing, specifications, images, and descriptions) meets quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain and regularly update the vendor database, ensuring data accuracy and timely communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams — Procurement, Operations, and Content — to streamline onboarding workflows.
• Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and service quality metrics.
• Support in resolving vendor-related issues and provide ongoing assistance post-onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and overall vendor experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, onboarding, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of product listing, category management, and marketplace processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP or marketplace tools (e.g., Odoo, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with B2B or B2C marketplaces.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for vendor performance tracking.
• Knowledge of catalog management and digital content optimization.
