Executive Contracts

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. To identify vendors and suppliers for RCC work, Civil Items, Finishing, MEP Packages and other packages and Services for multiple large scale residential and commercial Projects across Mumbai.

2. To obtain favourable quotations from existing and new vendors based on the Work Orders.

3. To involve in Rate Analysis, review the technical specifications and negotiate terms with the vendors to get optimal rates and quality of service.

4. Periodically review performance of the contractors in coordination with project management group & take necessary action. Provide necessary support to execution team pertaining to contractor related issues.

5. Manage variations/ claims in coordination with project management & legal team

6. Ensure implementation of system for recording, tracking, monitoring & auditing of services delivered by the contractors along with the Project management Team.

Years of Experience : 0 - 2 Years (Experienced from the similar industry)

Qualification (Mandatory) : B.E./B.Tech Civil

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
