Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Account management skills and ability to prospect for new accounts within the assigned segment
- Ability to manage large end user accounts and conduct continuous business development activities
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
- Working with site engineers and site managers to understand project requirements and specify relevant products
- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
- Report on sales activity
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up)
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity Desired Skills
- Ensure the customer outstanding payments are collected as per the agreed terms
Experience:
- Experience of 2-4 years in selling industrial products.
- Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
- Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
- Tactful and smart to handle clients objections and present solutions and options to close sales
- Energetic and result orientated
- Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients is a must.
