Position: Field Sales Executive – MA Pest Control LLP
Location: Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic Field Sales Executive to expand MA Pest Control LLP’s client base across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationship, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities in assigned areas.
  • Build and maintain relationship with clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations & service teams for smooth execution.
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and local events.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market insights.

Requirements

  • Graduate (any discipline)
  • 1–5 years’ sales/field experience (pest control/FMGC/real estate/Insurance /hospitality a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally.
  • Knowledge of Hindi, English (regional language preferred).

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience & performance)
