Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and promote company products in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and feedback to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
