Field Sales Executive

India

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our construction-related products/services to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities in the construction industry (e.g., contractors, builders, developers, architects).
  • Conduct site visits to engage with prospective clients and understand their project requirements.
  • Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to the sales manager.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
  • Strong understanding of the construction sales cycle and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
