Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Kottayam

Compensation: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the field
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (BFSI/Insurance preferred)
• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Local candidates preferred
