Job Purpose:

To drive sales and business development for insulation products by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships with dealers, contractors, consultants, and end-users, and ensuring achievement of sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including contractors, architects, consultants, and distributors.
  • Generate new business opportunities and meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits to understand customer requirements and promote insulation solutions (thermal, acoustic, HVAC, etc.).
  • Ensure proper product presentation, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and technical support) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  • Identify and appoint new dealers or distributors in assigned regions to expand market presence.
  • Participate in product promotion activities, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit reports, and forecasts to the reporting manager.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections as per company policy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience in building materials, HVAC, insulation, or construction products industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • New customer acquisition and retention.
  • Territory coverage and visit frequency.
  • Dealer/distributor performance and network growth.
  • Payment collection efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
