Field Sales Executive – Building Materials (Water Tanks & PVC Pipes)

Location: Tezpur, Assam | Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

About Us:

We are a leading manufacturer of Water Tanks and PVC Pipes looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to grow our dealer and distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit distributors, dealers, and retailers regularly to achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Expand retailer network and promote company products in the assigned area.
• Implement marketing schemes, branding, and plumber meetings to increase sales.
• Ensure timely payments and report market feedback.
• Manage and guide field sales team as required.

Eligibility:

• Male candidates only, aged 22–40 years.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ field sales experience in building materials (Cement, Paint, Water Tank, PVC Pipes, Electricals, etc.).
• Should have worked with distributors/dealer networks of hardware or sanitary stores.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be ready to travel across nearby districts.
• Not eligible: Freshers or candidates from Banking, Finance, Medical, Automobile, Telecom, IT, or FMCG sectors.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
