Job Overview:

We are hiring dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our range of 2D Designing software—to customers across Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Nashik regions. Each product line represents a unique solution for different engineering needs, and we are looking for professionals with the ability to understand technical products and translate their benefits to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and qualify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.

Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

·Solution Selling:

Understand customer requirements and offer product recommendations based on their needs.

Work with the technical team for product demos, POCs, and solution presentations.

·Sales Closure & Reporting:

Prepare and send proposals/quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and share weekly progress reports with the sales manager.

·Client Relationship Management:

Build strong post-sales relationships for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with the technical and support teams for implementation follow-up.

Candidate Profile:

· Education:

Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering fields preferred.

MBA in Marketing or Sales is highly preferred.

· Experience:

2–5 years of B2B field sales experience in technical/engineering/IT products.

Freshers with strong technical aptitude and interest in sales may also apply.

· Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of CAD/CAE tools or engineering software is a plus.

Knowledge of BricsCAD or similar platforms is highly desirable.

· Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
