Role Overview

The IT Hardware Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of IT hardware products, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets. This role requires strong product knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell a wide range of IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking, peripherals, consumables, etc.).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B, system integrators, and channel markets.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demos.

2. Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and service.
  • Manage pricing, discounts, and approvals within given guidelines.

3. Product & Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated with the latest IT hardware technologies and vendor offerings.
  • Understand competitor products, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate with vendors/distributors for pricing, stock availability, and promotions.

4. Sales Operations

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Record all sales activities in CRM and maintain updated pipeline reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams—procurement, logistics, finance—to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and vendor events as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
