- Customer engagement: Meet with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable commercial vehicles.
- Sales and negotiation: Present vehicle features, arrange test drives, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals.
- Pipeline management: Generate leads, follow up with prospects, maintain a customer database, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Relationship building: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and other stakeholders like financiers and mechanics.
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on vehicle specifications, market trends, competitor products, and new offerings.
- After-sales support: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues.
- Administrative tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and coordinate with the finance department for financing and payment processing.
- Team collaboration: Work with sales teams and managers to develop strategies, and participate in training sessions.
