Field Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to identify and generate leads in the construction industry. The primary responsibility will be to search for upcoming and ongoing construction projects and promote our company’s Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services focused on safety management. This role requires strong networking skills, market research abilities, and a passion for building client relationships in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify leads for new and ongoing construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients including builders, contractors, and developers.
• Present and promote our PMC services with emphasis on safety compliance and management.
• Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations to explain our safety-related consultancy offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
• Negotiate and close deals ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on construction industry trends, safety regulations, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or construction industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to research and identify leads independently.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and PMC practices is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
