Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with prior field sales experience to handle direct market sales, customer acquisition, and order generation. This role is strictly for candidates who are comfortable with daily field visits and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit car wash centers, garages, auto detailing shops, and retailers daily
• Generate new customers and onboard accounts
• Take repeat orders from existing customers
• Explain product features, pricing, and usage to customers
• Conduct basic product demonstrations when required
• Maintain daily sales and visit reports (WhatsApp / Excel)
• Coordinate with manager for targets and follow-ups
• Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and demand
• Support basic payment follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of field sales experience (mandatory)
• Two-wheeler required
• Knowledge of local market and routes
• Good communication skills in Hindi (local language preferred)
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Smartphone usage (WhatsApp, calling, basic reporting)
