, to strengthen field execution, achieve sales targets, and build strong customer relationships across
İzmir.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial / Management Engineering
(preferred)

Minimum
2 years of experience in the FMCG sector

(Food & Beverage industry experience is a strong plus)

Good command of the
English language
-
No travel restrictions
-
Valid
Class B driver’s license

Demonstrated ability to
lead and develop people

Key Responsibilities
-
Achieve
monthly volume and revenue targets
-
Manage and follow up with distributors to increase
product penetration
in the assigned region

Develop and grow sales performance of
existing distributors
in line with company objectives

Support and guide the sales team to enhance
skills and competencies
-
Conduct regular visits to assigned customers within the region/channel

Build and maintain
strong, sustainable customer relationships
-
Identify field execution opportunities and
convince customers to implement them
-
Ensure effective sales execution and customer management by closely coordinating with distributors
-
Execute all required sales and customer management actions to achieve business targets across the customer base
