Regional Sales Officer – Aegean Region

Job Description

As part of our continued growth and expanding organizational structure, we are seeking a high-calibre Regional Sales Officer to oversee and develop our commercial activities across the Aegean Region.

This role will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing, and representing our company with professionalism in the market.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, excellent follow-through capabilities, commercial awareness, and a highly results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and deliver solution-based sales approaches
  • Prepare quotations, deliver presentations, lead negotiations, and successfully close sales opportunities
  • Identify market potential and generate new project opportunities within the region
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments closely
  • Provide regular commercial reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and effectively manage the sales pipeline
  • Follow up receivables and support healthy collection processes
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales follow-up
  • Represent the company professionally at domestic and international meetings, fairs, and training programs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably with regional responsibility
  • Preferably experienced in agricultural technologies, livestock equipment, milking systems, or milking robots
  • Strong understanding of farm operations, milk production processes, and sector dynamics
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Based in İzmir or Aydın, or willing to relocate
  • Available for international travel and overseas training programs
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Commercially minded with a performance-oriented approach
  • Excellent planning, follow-up, and reporting capabilities
  • Valid driver’s license and no travel restrictions
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; CRM knowledge is an advantage
