Key Responsibilities
1.⁠ ⁠Market Development
⁠ ⁠Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and bulk buyers in the assigned region.
⁠ ⁠Conduct regular market visits to understand trade dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities.

2.⁠ ⁠Sales & Order Management
⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
⁠ ⁠Collect and process orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
⁠ ⁠Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order dispatch and stock availability.

3.⁠ ⁠Relationship & Feedback Management
⁠ ⁠Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners.
⁠ ⁠Collect regular feedback from the market regarding product performance, design trends, and pricing.
⁠ ⁠Share structured market reports with the Regional Head weekly.

Desired Candidate Profile
⁠ ⁠Experience: 2–10 years in B2B or channel sales (preferably in footwear, apparel, or FMCG).⁠ ⁠Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics
  • Self-motivated with the ability to travel extensively
  • Basic MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting proficiency

Experienced candidates only. Minimum 2-10 Years Experience.

Job Locations: Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Compensation & Benefits
⁠ ⁠Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & region)⁠ ⁠Incentives: Performance-based incentives and quarterly bonuses
⁠ ⁠Allowances: Travel and mobile reimbursement
