
Field Sales Executive - Direct Channels
Key Accountabilities
- Address urgent requests from authorities and special events (e.g., UAE Humanitarian Center, iPhone launches).
- Capture sales opportunities outside regular shop operations.
- Provide temporary coverage for retail staff to ensure continuous store operations.
- Assist with customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and maintaining service standards.
- Conduct market visits to gather insights and support retail operations.
- Report on competitive activities, customer behavior, and emerging sales opportunities.
- Assist with event logistics and maximize sales during product launches or festivals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on field activities, sales, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree in IT, Telecom or Sales and Marketing.
Experience
- 3-5 years in quality assurance, ideally in retail or customer service.
- 2+ years of team leadership experience, focused on coaching and performance.
- Knowledge of TDRA regulations and CPR compliance.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and process optimization.
- Strong experience in reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making
