Field Sales Executive - Direct Channels

Key Accountabilities

  • Address urgent requests from authorities and special events (e.g., UAE Humanitarian Center, iPhone launches).
  • Capture sales opportunities outside regular shop operations.
  • Provide temporary coverage for retail staff to ensure continuous store operations.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, order fulfillment, and maintaining service standards.
  • Conduct market visits to gather insights and support retail operations.
  • Report on competitive activities, customer behavior, and emerging sales opportunities.
  • Assist with event logistics and maximize sales during product launches or festivals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on field activities, sales, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in IT, Telecom or Sales and Marketing.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in quality assurance, ideally in retail or customer service.
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience, focused on coaching and performance.
  • Knowledge of TDRA regulations and CPR compliance.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and process optimization.
  • Strong experience in reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making
