Field Sales Executive [Interiors]

JJob Overview:
Join our Interior Design team to generate qualified leads directly from construction and renovation sites. This field role includes site visits, building local connections, identifying potential clients, and coordinating with our design & sales teams.

Job location: Bangalore South/North/East/West

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Visit construction sites/apartments to identify interior needs.
Build contacts with builders, supervisors, watchmen, electricians & carpenters.
Generate and follow up on leads; maintain CRM updates.
Educate clients about our services; schedule meetings with the design/sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead conversion.
Attend site walkthroughs/client meetings when required.

Requirements:
Any graduate (Interior Design/Architecture background is a plus).
0–2 years field sales/presales experience (interior/real estate preferred).
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
Energetic, confident, and ready for site travel & fieldwork.
Basic understanding of interiors/construction stages is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
