Network Sales Executive – Luxury Hotels, Spas & Premium Cosmetics

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 – 5,500 per month
Industry: Luxury Hospitality (5★ & 7★ Hotels) | Premium Cosmetics & Wellness

Role Overview

We are looking for a well-connected Network Sales Executive with proven experience in luxury hotels, high-end spas, salons, and premium beauty brands to expand our presence across Dubai. This role is ideal for a sales professional who already maintains strong relationships within the 5-star and 7-star hospitality and wellness ecosystem and can leverage their network to generate consistent business.

The position requires regular client visits and relationship management across Dubai; therefore, a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing network connections within luxury hotels, spas, salons, and wellness centers to generate business.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard 5★ & 7★ hotels for premium cosmetic product partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel procurement teams, spa managers, salon owners, and decision-makers.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote premium cosmetics and beauty products to high-end clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic networking and follow-ups.
  • Expand business opportunities within the luxury hospitality and beauty segments.
  • Conduct product presentations, trials, and demos at client locations.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular sales performance reports.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and new product launches in the luxury segment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality, spas, salons, or premium cosmetics (mandatory).
  • Strong existing network within Dubai’s luxury hotel and spa industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of luxury hotel operations and procurement processes is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
