Field Sales Executive – Packaged Drinking Water

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for our fast-growing packaged drinking water supply business in Pune. This is a pure field sales role focused on acquiring new bulk customers and managing daily orders.
Key Responsibilities

• Visit offices, shops, gyms, clinics, hotels, restaurants & construction sites
• Generate new customers for 20L water jars & bottled water
• Offer free trial and close regular orders
• Take daily orders and follow up for repeat business
• Coordinate with delivery team for timely supply
• Maintain basic daily sales report

Eligibility & Skills

• Fresher or experienced both can apply
• Good communication in Hindi / Marathi
• Must be confident with door-to-door field sales
• Smartphone is mandatory
• Two-wheeler preferred (not compulsory)
• Target-oriented mindset

Salary & Incentives

• Starting Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Extra incentives per new client
• Monthly performance bonus
