• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field sales executives/territory sales officers.
• Drive team productivity through goal setting, daily planning, and performance tracking.
• Ensure on-ground execution of sales and distribution strategies aligned with e-commerce demand cycles.
• Manage local distributor relationships, stockists, and micro-fulfillment centers.
• Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment aligned with platform SLAs.
• Identify and onboard new retailers, especially those integrated with quick commerce and online delivery platforms.
• Execute local marketing campaigns and digital-first visibility drives at the point of sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
