Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and operational guidelines.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales & marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software
