Job Description

We are hiring energetic, confident, and well-connected Field Sales Managers for outdoor B2B sales and client relationship management in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have existing strong connections with Import Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Procurement Managers, Export Managers, and key decision makers within importing and exporting companies.

Our company is a trusted Customs Clearance expert since 1977 and Road Transport operator since 1990, providing end-to-end logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation solutions across Pakistan. We have substantial experience in handling imports from China, USA, and other international markets, along with export shipments to South Africa and worldwide destinations.

We have strong expertise in customs clearance and logistics handling for mobile accessories, power banks, industrial machinery, moulds, plastic raw materials, hardware products, general commercial goods, rice, red chilli, food items, garments, and various industrial and trading sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, factories, and corporate companies
  • Meet and develop relationships with Import Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Procurement Managers, Export Managers, and other decision makers
  • Generate new business opportunities for customs clearance, freight forwarding, transportation, and logistics services
  • Promote import/export logistics solutions and containerized trucking services across Pakistan
  • Handle key accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships with clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals
  • Coordinate closely with operations and clearance teams for smooth shipment handling and customer support
  • Identify market opportunities and expand company presence within industrial and commercial sectors

Requirements

  • Existing strong market connections with importers/exporters and corporate decision makers are highly preferred
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, shipping, or transport sales is a major advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Energetic, target-driven, and confident personality with professional client dealing ability
  • Must be willing to travel across Karachi for meetings, client visits, and business development activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
