Field Sales Manager

A Field Sales Manager guides, trains, and leads a team of outside sales representatives who sell products directly to customers in person. Their main goal is to boost company revenue by setting goals, assigning territories (specific areas to cover), coaching staff on sales skills, and tracking performance.
