Field Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Representative with experience in the cement, paint, construction or related building material industry. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, existing industry connections and the ability to generate sales through field visits and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales & Order Generation: Conduct daily outdoor field visits to secure orders and expand our market footprint.
• Market Coverage: Regularly visit and build rapport with dealers, contractors, construction sites, and retail markets.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Operations Coordination: Take precise orders and coordinate seamlessly with the operations team for timely deliveries.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business growth goals.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor pricing, market trends, and new construction projects.
• Reporting & Collections: Prepare daily visit reports, share sales updates, and follow up with clients for timely payments.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven sales experience specifically in cement, paint, construction, or related building materials.
• Network: An existing network of dealers, contractors, or builders in the local market is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in handling face-to-face client dealings.
• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Logistics: Must own a bike/car with a valid license for daily field travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Base Salary: PKR 40,000 per month
