With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. What you will do?

Overview of Roles:


This role is responsible for leading sales initiatives for genuine spare parts and lubricants, with a primary objective of achieving double-digit annual growth in aftersales parts and lubricants. The position oversees a team of 10 Territory Sales Managers across multiple regions, driving ambitious volume targets through strategic team management, direct market engagement, and robust performance monitoring. Additionally, the role leverages data-driven insights to formulate sales strategies, analyze performance, and forecast market trends, ensuring sustained growth and enhanced customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives, ensuring ambitious annual targets for genuine spare parts and lubricants are met.
  • Achieve and exceed regional and national sales targets while monitoring performance and adjusting strategies based on market trends and opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making to achieve KPIs.
  • Drive market expansion by increasing penetration in existing and untapped segments, strengthening dealer networks, and improving aftersales offerings.
  • Oversee dealer development and inventory optimization to maintain optimal stock levels, enhance product availability, and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement lead generation and conversion strategies across multiple channels, ensuring efficient sales funnel management and measurable growth in customer base.
  • Utilize market research and performance analytics to forecast trends, refine strategies, and provide actionable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.


Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Masters of Business Administration, MBA from a renowned university.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
  • Experienced Computer User, familiar with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Candidate must have a flexible attitude towards working hours as frequent travelling is required.


Minimum Experience:

  • Proven work experience of minimum 10 years in lubricants retail sales industry in sales management and team development.
  • Deep Knowledge of lubricants retail sales channels development.


Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating a team and articulating complex strategies in a clear, concise manner.
  • Strong Understanding of Aftermarket business in Pakistan.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
