Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with key project stakeholders including architects, consultants, and builders.
  • Conduct regular field visits to explore new business opportunities in the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Promote and present product offerings to project clients and ensure timely conversion of leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in project-based or B2B sales (glass, Aluminium, construction, or building materials preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and SAP (preferred).
