True Luxmi is a fast-growing financial services company dedicated to providing customers with easy access to banking, loan, and account-opening solutions. We are expanding our team and seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Officers to join us in driving growth and serving our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and pitch company products (Bank Accounts, Loans, and Financial Services).
• Achieve monthly sales and account-opening targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local networking.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update progress with managers.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
• Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / Field Marketing / Banking / Finance. (Freshers can apply.)
• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and achieve targets.
• Own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 50 – 63 per week
