Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities – Field Visit (Sales Team)
1. Customer Visits & Relationship Building
Meet prospective and existing clients as per planned route or appointments.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Understand client pain points and suggest relevant solutions.
2. Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification
o Identify new business opportunities during field visits.
o Gather data on upcoming projects, expansions, or IT infrastructure needs.
o Qualify leads and log them into CRM with proper details.
3. Product Promotion & Presentations
o Showcase USAM’s offerings – Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Networking, Software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, etc.).
o Conduct basic product demos or coordinate with the technical team when required.
o Distribute brochures, datasheets, or presentations during client meetings.
4. Follow-ups & Conversion
o Follow up on previous visits, quotations, and proposals.
o Push for closures and coordinate with the inside sales/technical team for proposal support.
o Update status regularly in CRM or reporting sheet.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking
o Collect insights about competitor products, pricing, and positioning.
o Report market trends and feedback to the branch manager for strategy planning.
6. Reporting & Documentation
o Maintain a daily visit report with details of meetings, outcomes, and next steps.
o Update CRM or Excel tracker with visit summaries, lead status, and follow-up action points.
7. Coordination with Internal Teams
o Work closely with pre-sales, support, and inside sales for technical queries or solution proposals.
o Share customer requirements clearly to ensure correct product mapping.
8. Target Achievement Focus
o Align all field activities with monthly/quarterly targets (billing, new accounts, LC, renewals).
o Take ownership of zone-wise or vertical-wise sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
