1. Account Management

ü Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

ü Understand client requirements and provide solutions in alignment with company objectives.

ü Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely order placement, delivery, and payments.

ü Maintain updated account information and contact details in CRM or designated records.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

ü Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.

ü Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within key accounts.

ü Track and analyze sales performance for each key account.

ü Develop strategies to increase revenue from existing clients.

3. Coordination & Communication

ü Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Production) to ensure smooth order processing and client servicing.

ü Communicate client requirements, feedback, and concerns effectively to concerned departments.

ü Provide regular updates to management regarding key account status and issues.

4. Market Intelligence

ü Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

ü Provide insights and recommendations to management for business development and product improvement.

5. Reporting & Documentation

ü Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on account performance and sales activities.

ü Maintain all required documentation related to orders, invoices, and client communication.

6. Customer Satisfaction & Retention

ü Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely responses and resolution of issues.
