Field Sales Officer

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market sourcing

• Meet customers and explain products (Loans / Credit Cards)
• Check basic eligibility and collect complete documents
• Submit applications and follow up till closure
• Achieve monthly sales and activity targets
• Build strong customer and partner relationships
• Maintain daily reports, CRM, and MIS
• Ensure policy compliance and ethical selling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
