This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Pharma Sales, Insurance Sales, Bank Card/Fund Sales, or any B2B field sales role who are confident in client meetings, pitching services, and achieving sales targets.

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated Field Sales Executives to meet HR managers, SMEs, and corporates in person and promote our Employee Screening services. This is a target-driven role where strong communication and relationship-building skills are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site sales visits to companies, HR departments, and SMEs.
• Promote services including Police Verification, Employment Verification, and Site Visits.
• Achieve monthly sales target of 200 leads.
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline with regular follow-ups.
• Develop long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Intermediate / Undergraduate (Bachelor’s not mandatory).
• Experience in field sales (Pharma, Insurance, Banking, BPO, Telecom) is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication and persuasion skills may also apply.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Target-driven and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools.
• Must be Karachi-based and willing to travel across the city daily.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Rs. 35,000/month.
• Commission: Rs. 300 per lead (up to Rs. 60,000/month).
