Field Sales Representative

Job Overview:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing clients in the aluminium products market. This role requires on-the-ground sales efforts, client relationship management, and market development. The candidate should have strong knowledge of aluminium products (sheets, extrusions, coils, profiles, etc.) and their applications in industries such as construction, manufacturing, automotive, and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, visit, and build strong relationships with prospective clients such as builders, contractors, fabricators, and industrial buyers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by promoting aluminium products and solutions.
  • Conduct field visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable aluminium products.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with the internal supply chain and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to expand business reach.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven field sales experience in building materials, metals, or industrial products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of aluminium products, applications, and market segments is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage sales territories.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and customer-centric approach.

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Field-based role with extensive travel to client sites.
  • Requires resilience, networking ability, and self-motivation.
  • May involve working under pressure to meet sales deadlines and revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
