Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Field Executive Officer to join our team. The primary role involves opening new customer accounts for Kotak Mahindra Bank and conducting on-field KYC verification as per RBI and bank guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their residence or workplace to collect required documents.
• Open new Savings and Current Accounts for Kotak Mahindra Bank.
• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of customer information and documents.
• Follow up with clients for any missing information or signatures.
• Submit daily reports and maintain records of customer visits and account openings.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Vehicle: Candidate must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of banking processes and customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on-field and travel locally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,219.32 - ₹32,311.13 per month
