Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, presenting our products/services to potential clients, and closing sales in your assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and an excellent understanding of the Delhi-NCR market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new sales leads and potential markets within the assigned territory (Delhi-NCR).
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services using compelling arguments and effective demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to secure deals and maximize profitability.
Territory & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Effectively manage your sales pipeline and territory to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
Reporting & Strategy:
- Analyze market potential, track sales data, and provide regular reports on performance, competitor activities, and market feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and improve processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative, Outside Sales Executive, or a similar role.
- A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of the Delhi & NCR geography and market landscape.
- Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,760.00 per month
