Vapoholic Lab, a premier UK-based vape manufacturer, is expanding its Middle East sales team and seeking dedicated Sales Representatives in the UAE.Proudly supplying premium, UK-manufactured products, we are looking for a seasoned Field Sales Executive to lead that charge and drive this to market throughout the EMEA region specifically the Middle East.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Field Sales Executive to spearhead the commercial expansion of our product range across the Middle East. Based from our Dubai office, this role will be pivotal in driving new business development with major retailers, convenience & buying groups, building and leading a sales team, and shaping our go-to-market strategy for this category changing product. We cannot stress enough the speed required for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
● Establish and expand key retail partnerships with major retailers specifically in the tobacco/vape sector/supermarket.
● Specifically target major convenience sector retailers, motor fuel forecourt & buying groups.
● Own the full sales pipeline: forecasting, reporting, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
● Collaborate with Head of Sales, Head of Digital & product teams to align on brand messaging, seasonal campaigns, and launch strategies.
● Attend and represent Factra at key trade events, expos, and B2B networking opportunities.
● Lead negotiations and contracts with retail buyers, distributors, and wholesale partners.
● Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
● Contribute to long-term strategic planning and investment decisions alongside senior leadership.
Required Experience & Skills
● Proven track record (3+ years) in FMCG or Convenience sector sales, ideally within tobacco, e-liquids, supplements, or related health & wellness categories.
● Established relationships with convenience, motor fuel group & supermarket buyers and a deep understanding of retail dynamics throughout the Middle East.
● Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage or high-growth business environments.
● Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
