Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and collect necessary details for proposals.
- Coordinate with the Design and Quotation teams to prepare accurate and timely proposals.
- Present and explain proposals to clients, addressing queries and highlighting the company’s value proposition.
- Follow up with clients to ensure quotation approvals and conversion to confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, educational institutions, sports clubs, and other potential clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on leads, site visits, and closures to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure post-sale coordination with operations and project teams for smooth execution.
- Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales, preferably in construction, sports infrastructure, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh.
- Proficiency in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and result orientation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
