Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and collect necessary details for proposals.
  • Coordinate with the Design and Quotation teams to prepare accurate and timely proposals.
  • Present and explain proposals to clients, addressing queries and highlighting the company’s value proposition.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure quotation approvals and conversion to confirmed orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, educational institutions, sports clubs, and other potential clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on leads, site visits, and closures to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure post-sale coordination with operations and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales, preferably in construction, sports infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh.
  • Proficiency in Telugu and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and result orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
