About the Role

Masters Secret is hiring energetic and result-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing HoReCa Division (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés).
This is not a typical sales job — it’s an exciting opportunity where your performance directly drives your income! With a focused client base and less pressure, you can maximize your incentives along with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, etc.)
• Visit clients on the field for 20 days a month to manage orders and build trust
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets with a limited number of high-value clients
• Provide excellent post-sales service and ensure client satisfaction
• Report daily sales activities, client interactions, and feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or field marketing (HoReCa experience preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
