This is a full-time, on-site role for an energetic and motivated Salesperson. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting Maven Solar’s products and services, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads
  • Conduct product presentations and customer consultations
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support outreach activities
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solar solutions

Hiring Locations
Faridabad, Bahadurgarh, Hisar, Rohtak, Ambala, Panchkula

Work Hours
9.30 hours per day

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, including lead generation and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain products and solutions in a clear and persuasive manner
  • Knowledge of solar or renewable energy products is preferred (not mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Familiarity with the local market and community in any of the listed locations is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹216,000.00 per year
