Records Clerk

• Manage the filing system for both physical and electronic records.
• Ensure all records are updated and accurate.
• Retrieve and prepare documents or files upon request.
• Ensure compliance with company data storage policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of documents for audits or reviews.
• Perform regular audits of records and remove outdated files.
